Our Chef, Daïsuke Inagaki, obeyed his father's wish and completed his master's degree in Economics.

No sooner did he optain his diploma that he turned to his real passion: Cooking! He learned his craft in three star restaurants starting with Lorain at "la Côte St Jacques" and has only cooked with the greatest... Soon rewarded with a Michelin star in his own restaurant, he loves french cuisine above all else.

His enthousiasm for "La Lucarne aux Chouettes" makes him a precious collaborator. We are lucky to have him with us. His wife, Dominique, seconds him with wisdom, charm and a great deal of experience.
